Hi.
I'm trying to find out some more information on my grandfather, Quintin MacAdam Johnstone's boxing career.
He would have fought in the pre-war years circa late 1930's to 1948 prior to him emigrating from Ayrshire to Toronto, Canada on 1948
I'm told and recall seeing a paper clipping of him winning the western scotland area championship (I think at middleweight) I also have photographs of him striking a pose in training.
If you could point me in the right direction I'd be extremely grateful.
